Our espresso comes from the mountains of Colombia and Peru, where rich soil and fresh air create the perfect conditions for bold, flavorful coffee.
Each bean starts as a ripe cherry, handpicked at peak ripeness and washed in fresh spring water.
Then, they’re dried under the sun with the fruit still attached, letting the deep, complex flavors soak into every bean.
Before roasting, we test every batch for over 100 molds and toxins to make sure it’s clean and pure.
Then, through careful roasting, we bring out the best—preserving antioxidants while creating a smooth, low-acid espresso that’s easy on your stomach.
