Our Farm-to-Cup Process: How Seek® Espresso Comes to You
Step 1: Family-Owned Coffee Farms
Seek® Espresso is Fair-Trade Certified, and sourced directly from small-scale family farmers within Columbia and Peru.
It starts with the care and dedication of small-scale, family-owned farms. By sourcing directly from this farmer-owned cooperative, we ensure that each bean is grown with the utmost attention to quality and sustainability.
Step 2: Handpicked & Sun-Dried
The espresso beans are handpicked and go through a sun drying process called "natural process."
Sun drying the espresso beans is a unique process where the fruit is left on the bean while it dries, rather than harshly stripped and washed.
The final result is an incredible fruity and rich flavor.
Step 3: Roasting
Seek® Espresso beans go through a unique and careful roasting process that preserve the coffee's natural high antioxidant content and other health benefits.
Step 4: Test for Purity
Certified Organic and non-GMO beans are only the beginning.
After our beans are sourced, Seek® Espresso is sent to an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory and tested to be free of the following: Mold, Mycotoxins, Pesticides, Gluten, & Yeast.
Step 5: Enjoy
Our Espresso proudly supports small-scale farmers and the local environment through organic farming practices.
From farmer, to rooster to your cup, every step of Seek® Espresso's journey has been carefully chosen so you can enjoy the incredible flavor and health benefits each day.
