Our Story
We didn’t start Seek® to ride a trend. We started it for our mom.
She was dealing with serious health issues, and even though she was doing everything right — eating clean, taking supplements, seeing doctors — something was still off.
Turned out, it was her coffee.
The one thing she had every day was full of mold and toxins that were making her worse.
So we decided to fix it.
We created Seek® to give her something better. Mold-free, organic, clean coffee that actually tasted good.
Now it’s bigger than just us.
Seek® is for anyone who’s done settling — for the coffee that gives you the jitters, the energy crashes, the products that say they’re healthy but aren’t.
It’s for people who want to feel better, live clearer, and build a life that actually means something.

"Growing up, I was sick and in and out of the hospital all the time. My childhood through college years was numerous surgeries, antibiotics, allergy shots, breathing treatments and steroids.
Once Caleb was diagnosed with cancer, the stress took a toll on my body. Through the years, I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Lupus, EBV, CIRS, mold toxicity, MCAS, anemia, adrenal fatigue, multiple chemical sensitivities, and other autoimmune issues.
Having chronic illnesses is a very lonely path. Each day can be a struggle. There are days where you don’t even know if you can get out of bed. I have moved 22 times to try and preserve my health, which is exhausting.
All this is to say that I hear you. I know what it’s like to sit on the sidelines and watch as healthy people live their lives. It’s frustrating to not be able to work out, to not cook healthy, to not be a part of a bigger community.
I created these clean products out of a desperate need to find high quality supplements and coffee without fillers.
I never wanted to live my life seeking to survive.

"My health journey began at the age of 2, when I was diagnosed with a stage-4 eye cancer called retinoblastoma. While that battle resulted in the loss of my left eye, I’m fortunate to have been cancer-free for over 20 years.
To rebuild my depth perception and balance, my parents enrolled me in gymnastics. I went on to become a level 10 competitive gymnast and trained in the sport for over a decade. Surviving cancer and dedicating my youth to intense training gave me a deep respect for seeking a life of wellness.
A big part of that pursuit has always been coffee. Coffee is passion and a daily ritual that fuels my work and my life. But over time, I realized something troubling: most coffee isn’t clean. Mold, toxins, and poor sourcing practices are shockingly common, even in premium brands.
That realization, combined with my personal health history, led me to create Seek®—a clean, mold-free coffee company rooted in science, purity, and simplicity.

"Since I was a kid, health and wellness were ingrained in me. My brother’s battle with cancer shifted everything for our family, pushing my mom to transform our lifestyle.
My passion for coffee started early, fueled by four years as a barista at a commercial coffee shop. I loved it, but I saw firsthand how toxic mainstream coffee is. When I developed chronic health issues like my mom, it pushed me deeper into wellness. I knew I wanted to simplify health for others facing similar struggles.
That’s when Seek® was born. It’s more than coffee; it’s about inspiring our generation to seek health, purpose, and authenticity.
