Seek currently fulfills contiguous US orders only.

Shipping Cutoff & Handling Time:
All orders will be handled & shipped next day regardless of time ordered.

Domestic Flat Shipping Rates:

Standard Shipping:  3-7 Business Days
USPS and UPS Mail $7.95

Priority Shipping: 2 - 3 Business Days
USPS and UPS Priority Mail $12.95

Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Seek is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.

If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend checking around the delivery area, with neighbors or building management, and contacting the carrier directly for additional delivery details.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and a secure delivery location. An order confirmed as delivered through the carrier’s tracking system will be considered successfully delivered.

Shipping Delays

Seek is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, service disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
