Exchange Policy
You can exchange unopened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. Your item must be in its original, unused, unopened, or sealed condition. Please email us at seek@seektolive.com with your name and order number to initiate an exchange. The return shipping cost will be covered. Once we have received the item, we will process the exchange within 7 days.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us atseek@seektolive.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will cover the return shipping cost for these items. We will also offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. Once we have received the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund within 7 days.
