Seek® Digital Gift Card

- Gift cards can be used to purchase any products in our store, including physical items and the initial delivery of a subscription.

- For subscriptions, gift cards can only be used to pay for the first order. They cannot be added as a payment method for future recurring subscription payments. You must add an eligible payment method to cover subsequent subscription billing.

- Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

- Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.

- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

- Enter the unique gift card code at checkout. Codes are not case sensitive.

- If the gift card balance is equal to or greater than the order total, the order can be completed directly.

- If the gift card balance is less than the order total, you must choose an additional payment method to pay the remaining amount, which can include using another gift card.

- Validity: Seek Digital Gift Cards never expire. The remaining balance stays available for future purchases until it is fully used.

- Non-redeemable and non-transferable: Gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.

- Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned once issued.

- Orders paid with gift cards: Purchases made using a gift card are subject to our standard return policy. If an order paid with a gift card is refunded, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same gift card balance.
