The whole bean tastes just great… drip, french press or expresso, it you bring the best taste consistently to what you can expect and the low acidity is HEAVEN in your mouth. Enjoying every single cup!

Tastes very clean and does not give jitters. I also sometimes get indigestion with highly acidic coffee and this one does not do that at all!

i was diagnosed with mold sickness recently. tests showed 5 mycotoxins in my body! my functional medicine doctor suggested Seek coffee. not only is it mold free, but also low acid. the low acidity is a perk and doesn't irritate my bladder. i do like the flavor. it's comparable to a dark roast in regular coffee. i used to drink seattle's best dark roast post ally and find seek to be just as good.
