The coffee beans are carefully handpicked and undergo a unique sun-drying method known as the "natural process."
Unlike traditional methods, where the fruit is stripped off and washed, we leave the fruit on the bean while it dries.
This gentle approach enhances the beans with a rich, fruity flavor, resulting in a distinctly flavorful cup.
